Personally, I like the rules the way they are. The 3 wides is fine with me. I kind of like the consistency of the rules and format being basically the same so if for no other reason, I would keep them like they are just so we aren't changing things around every year.

Sounds like a good plan Greg. I think this is the most fair solution. I couldn't imagine having two games to draw from in a given week. That just couldn't happen.

So if Pit/Bal is played on Wednesday and then those two teams play again this week, how do you count the scores? Which game counts?

It happens in almost every league, every year. The NFFC is not allowed to change lineups for players so you will always get those that bail on leagues before the season is over. It's not fun but over time it will help you as often as it hurts you. Just part of the game.
