our local league of 10 years uses a free agent system in the playoffs in which the playoff teams get first dibs at free agents. they're moved to the top of the waiver wire.
then after their round is over, the non playoff teams get their chance.

While there's rarely a sure thing in sports, Indianapolis in the Super Bowl looks right. For this round, I would consider the Pats beating Indy (+2 now) this weekend a HUGE upset. ESPN just reminded me... Its not just Ty Law thats out, but Tyrone Poole. If BB can pull this off, he belongs in Canton....
